Return and Refund Policy

Orthodontics Courses Refund Conditions

- After your course registration is confirmed, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund as long as the course has not yet started.

- If the course has already started (even partially), no refund will be issued, except in exceptional cases (force majeure, medical reasons with official documentation).

Refund Request Procedure All requests must be made in writing via email to: [email protected].

Full name

Course name

Purchase/registration date

Reason for the request

We will review each request within 7 business days and notify you by email.

Refund Terms If approved

- The refund will be processed via the same payment method used during registration.

- The refunded amount will be minus a fixed administrative fee of €50.

- Refunds are processed within 14 business days from approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

- Online courses that have been partially or fully accessed.

- On-site workshops or masterclasses that have already started.

- Associated products (ebooks, digital tools).

- Promotions or registrations under a special offer or discount.

Participation Transfer

- If you cannot attend, you may:

- Transfer your registration to another session date, subject to availability.

- Transfer your seat to another person free of charge, with written notification at least 5 days before the session.
